The declaration and certification work for the first batch of "Famous, Special, Excellent, and New" individual businesses in Liwan District of Guangzhou officially commenced on March 13.
"Famous" refers to individual businesses known for their excellent products and service quality, integrity in operations, and having a certain brand influence. They should have a high market share or visibility in administrative regions at the county level and above, or on relevant online platforms. These businesses possess trademark brands with a certain level of recognition and have received honors in party-building activities.
"Special"refers to individual businesses that rely on regional culture and tourism resources to operate local specialty products and services such as tourism reception, traditional handicraft production, specialty product sales, and characteristic catering services. They should have unique operating philosophies or methods and hold certifications such as green food, organic food, geographical indication, or the "Famous, Special, Excellent, and New" certificate for agricultural products.
"Excellent"refers to individual businesses that have persistently operated for a certain number of years and have been recognized by the government as traditional cultural symbols such as old brands, intangible cultural heritage workshops, representatives of intangible cultural heritage, or rural craftsmen. The operators have obtained relevant professional qualifications or skills, hold professional technical titles, and achieved relevant management system or product quality certifications.
"New"refers to emerging individual businesses that pioneer new technologies, industries, formats, and models, leading locally and effectively driving industrial development and the prosperity of surrounding communities. They possess independent intellectual property related to their business scope and engage in activities such as online content creation, we-media, and live streaming sales on reputable platforms with good operational conditions.
Declaration Period:March 13 to April 15, 2024
Declaration Scope:
Eligible individual businesses registered within the Liwan District of Guangzhou with active business licenses are eligible for declaration. Individual businesses meeting any of the following conditions are not eligiblefor declaration:
- Having received fines or administrative penalties of a certain level published on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System within the two years prior to the declaration or recommendation date, without completing credit repair.
- The operator of the individual business has been listed as a dishonest executor by people's courts.
Declaration Process:
Eligible individual businesses can log in to the national "Famous, Special, Excellent, and New" individual business incubation platform (https://mtyx.gtgsh.com/) via computer or access the platform through the shared link in WeChat (https://mtyx.gtgsh.com) to make declarations.
The specific steps for declaration are as follows:
Access the platform, select Guangdong Province > Guangzhou City > Liwan District, and enter the local declaration window.
Log in to the system, click on "I want to declare" (我要申报) > "Electronic business license login," (电子营业执照登录) scan the QR code with a mobile phone, download the license, and complete real-name authentication by entering the name and ID card number. Use the "Scan" function in the electronic business license mini-program to log in and access the declaration interface.
Read the declaration instructions and commitment statement, then click "Next Step."
4. Follow the system prompts to fill in relevant information about the operator.
5. Select the type of declaration ("Famous," "Special," "Excellent," or "New") and click "Next Step."
6. Upload the corresponding supporting documents as required based on the actual circumstances, and submit.
Eligible individual businesses are encouraged to actively make declarations.
