The new exhibition area of Liwan Museum was originally a Western-style garden house built in the 1920s, which was declared a Municipal Cultural Heritage Site in 1993.
It is a Western-style building with yellow exterior walls, which is exquisite in shape and extraordinary in style.
The building had been painted white on architraves, window covers, eaves, railings, top columns, and flower decorations during the restoration by the end of 2020.
